Hélène Frichot is an Associate Professor and Docent in Critical Studies in Architecture at KTH Stockholm. She is also currently an Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture and Design, RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. Her research is located across the transdisciplinary field between architecture and philosophy. Hélène has been working in the domain of practice-based or creative research projects with her doctoral students since 2005. Recent publications include: with Catharina Gabrielsson and Jonathan Metzger (eds) Deleuze and the City (Edinburgh University Press, 2016); with Stephen Loo (eds), Deleuze and Architecture (Edinburgh University Press, 2013). She is currently working on a Vetenskapsrådet funded research project with Catharina Gabrielsson dedicated to explorations in transversal writing.
